JT Woodruff - Life & Career
A hottie Born in Germany, lives in Dayton,Ohio married Nikki Woodruff. Is in a band called Hawthorne Heights previously known as A day in the Life he is the lead singer and guitarist, back then when they were a day in the life he had no hopes of becoming well-known or whatever thing and he was emo because he pretty much had nothing going right for him, but now his band is pretty big and i love hawthorne heights from the beginning.
They were formed by JT Woodruff, Jesse Blair, Andy Saunders, Josh Bethel, and Andy Lazier. They took their name from the popular Beatles song "A Day in the Life". Their first record was a demo entitled Four Bullets for One Girl, which sell its 500 copy run in 2 months. This bring them to the interest of Confined Records, with which they released an album entitled Nine Reasons to Say Goodbye. Finally, they released a 6 song EP entitled Paper Chromatography: The Fade from Dark to Light in the winter of 2003 before becoming the more flourishing Hawthorne Heights. Later, after the band had already signed to Victory Records, Radio Eat Radio Records re-released 5 of these songs on a collection entitled From Ohio with Love. In 2003, lead vocalist/rhythm guitarist JT Woodruff changed the name of the band to Hawthorne Heights. The first song the band write after the change is entitled "The Transition".
